Account and subscription help

Include the email address used for your CADVYN account and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive health information by email.

For App Store subscriptions, Apple provides purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund controls through your Apple account. CADVYN support can help with access issues but cannot view your full Apple payment details.
