Who provides CADVYN
CADVYN is operated by Cameron Smart, trading as CADVYN, as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Business address: 31 Hazel Place, CF5 3PR. For service, billing or account questions, contact support@cadvyn.com.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 to create or use your own CADVYN account. Do not create an account if you are under 13. If you are 13–17, CADVYN applies additional privacy protections to your account. You should involve a parent or guardian when a decision could affect your health, safety or legal rights.
Using CADVYN
CADVYN provides fitness, training, nutrition, progress, Community and optional Connected Health tools. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account secure and using the service lawfully. You must not allow another person to use your account in a way that compromises security or another person's information.
Fitness and adaptive guidance
CADVYN programmes, training adaptations, recovery signals, Progress Intelligence, calorie estimates and other fitness outputs are produced through CADVYN's own deterministic fitness engine and defined calculations. The current product does not use generative AI or a third-party AI model to create those outputs. Nutrition-label scanning uses local on-device text recognition. These outputs are informational fitness and wellbeing tools. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for appropriately qualified healthcare advice. Check automated label transcriptions against the original packet before saving or relying on them. Stop or modify exercise where appropriate for your health, ability and circumstances.
CADVYN Free
CADVYN Free includes the free features described in the product, including the first personalised six-week CADVYN programme. No payment card or subscription trial is required for that included programme. Free features may evolve as CADVYN improves, subject to applicable consumer law.
CADVYN Pro
CADVYN Pro is a recurring subscription at the price and billing period shown before purchase. Current launch options are £5.99 monthly or £49.99 annually, with no free trial. The checkout page shows the selected price and billing period before you confirm payment. Direct CADVYN Pro purchasing is limited to account holders aged 18 or over while CADVYN develops an appropriate parent or guardian purchase route.
Your paid contract begins when checkout has completed successfully and CADVYN confirms Pro access. Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable recurring price until cancelled. Complimentary Founder, Admin or Pro access is separate from a paid Stripe subscription and does not create a recurring payment obligation.
Starting Pro immediately
CADVYN Pro is designed to become available as soon as your payment succeeds. By completing the Pro checkout, you ask CADVYN to begin providing the paid service immediately rather than waiting until the end of any cancellation period that may apply to your contract. This request does not remove any statutory right unless applicable law allows that right to be lost and the legal requirements for doing so have been met.
Payment, renewal and ordinary cancellation
Stripe handles web card payments and billing management; Google Play handles Android payments and billing management. CADVYN does not receive your full card number. You can cancel future renewal through the billing controls made available by the provider used for your subscription. Ordinary subscription cancellation stops a future renewal and paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires a different result.
Statutory cancellation rights
If UK consumer law gives you a statutory right to cancel your distance contract, the normal cancellation period for a qualifying service contract is 14 days beginning after the contract is made. You do not need to give a reason. These statutory rights are separate from cancelling future subscription renewal.
To exercise a statutory cancellation right, tell CADVYN clearly that you wish to cancel before the applicable cancellation period expires. You can email support@cadvyn.com or write to Cameron Smart trading as CADVYN, 31 Hazel Place, CF5 3PR. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to use it.
If you expressly asked CADVYN to begin providing Pro during an applicable cancellation period and later exercise a statutory cancellation right, any refund or proportionate charge for service already supplied will be handled as required by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits statutory cancellation, refund, quality or other consumer rights. Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with these terms, that legal right takes priority.

Community and usernames
CADVYN may provide usernames, friends, leaderboards, challenges, achievements, activity sharing and related Community features. Do not impersonate another person, mislead users, infringe rights, harass others, disclose somebody else's private information or post unlawful or deliberately harmful material. CADVYN may review reports and remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect members, the service or legal obligations.
Accounts for ages 13–17 start non-discoverable, are excluded from public leaderboards, do not allow tags or unsolicited friend requests, and keep Community posts limited to accepted friends. These youth protections cannot be switched off before the account holder turns 18.
Your information and food contributions
You retain rights in information you provide and permit CADVYN to process it as needed to provide requested features and as described in the Privacy Notice.
My Foods is private unless you deliberately select Help CADVYN grow. By submitting a food to the shared catalogue, you confirm that the values are copied accurately from a source you are entitled to use and give CADVYN permission to review, correct and make the non-personal food facts searchable.
Connected services
Third-party services such as hosting/database, authentication, payment and Connected Health providers remain subject to their own terms and availability. CADVYN cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to an external provider and may need to change an integration where a provider changes or withdraws its service.
Availability and acceptable use
CADVYN may improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, while respecting applicable consumer rights. Do not bypass security, access another user's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, automate abusive requests or use CADVYN unlawfully.
Account suspension or closure
CADVYN may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, unlawful use, payment problems or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, CADVYN will aim to explain the reason and what can be done next. You can use the account controls provided to request deletion of your account data, subject to information CADVYN is required or permitted to retain.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law. CADVYN is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by a user, misuse of the service or failures of third-party services outside CADVYN's reasonable control, except where applicable law says otherwise.
Privacy
How CADVYN handles personal information is described in the Privacy Notice.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected in the published terms and effective date. For questions about these terms or CADVYN, email support@cadvyn.com.
